crime and punishment is totally worth the read! I promise you, you'll love it! (Giant asterisk; I write fiction and was a Lit major and went to an MFA so I'm "that guy" but I swear this book is not just accessible, but timelessly poignant)
I keep hearing it referenced. David Brooks talks about it in his great book, “The Second Mountain “. I’ll have to do it! A tall order for an engineer but I’m up for it.
In school I would give myself a "due date" then take the number of pages and do some quick math (you're an engineer this should be easy), and I do 10-15-20 pages a night, and then when you get hooked (you will) you'll end up reading ahead. And give yourself days off. It's like a gym membership: dedicated 30 minutes to reading 5 times a day or so?
Thanks for stretching us coach!
