I have never (not once!!) had a bitter, sarcastic, or negative thought about you or anything you write about or do. You are pure inspiration, kindness, and humility!
this morning my nearly 4 year-old daughter gave me a look of such severe contempt after telling her “no,” that I'm pretty sure if she had access to a guillotine I would've been beheaded :)
Tarek..there have been years it has been my intention to pick a "word" for the year (all the rage apparently). One year I picked "Intentional." That year I wasn't too intentional about much so I picked it again the following year. Next year may be the same. Seriously though, I have felt as if I'm spinning my wheels trying to accomplish some things. Too many. I was overwhelmed. I sat down and made a list of them, and then broke them down into days of the week I would work on each and the little tiny steps I needed to start. It calmed my mind immediately. I think it may have been a version of SMART goals. I'm going to print off your post....and restack.
I love this! Thank you!
Thank you Kiki! You inspire me.

Mike thankfully you don’t get to see me when I’m not at my best. But those moments happen — we are all human. Appreciate you!

Haha! I’m sure she loves her dad.

I'm quite familiar with overwhelm - trying to do everything at once. I love your new method!
