You might be the only lifeline someone has

"This too shall pass, you've got this"

"Do not give up! You are loved!"

"Tomorrow wouldn't be the same without you!"

I took this picture at a stoplight today. I wonder what inspired this family to write these slogans on their car. What pain did they experience? What have they been through? Who did they lose? I hope to run into them one day and ask.

What I do know is that there are many lonely and hurting people out there who think they have no hope. Can you remember a time when you felt hopeless? We've all been there. Life can be so hard.

You could be the only lifeline for someone on the edge of doing something they can't take back.

Can you picture someone in your mind that you need to check on? Just a text or a phone call.

Don't wait. Do it now. Give them hope that better days are ahead, no matter what they're facing.
