This goes along with some Frankl I've been reading! He viewed depression & anxiety as "Sunday neurosis, that kind of depression which afflicts people who become aware of the lack of content in their lives...".
Have to have meaning in your life and be living it out to not be caged!
That’s right Trevor. Some think the dream is to work hard for years so you can do nothing. That’s a recipe for an early death. Each of us longs to have purpose and meaning to our lives. We were made on purpose and for a great purpose.
It resonated because it's relatable to me as I feel like I go through periods of feeling CAGED from time to time. What causes it? Not sure really. Lack of meaningful goals and not having enough time outside of work to re-center myself come to mind.

That makes sense Ben. I’ve felt that way before. What would you do if you had an extra 30 minutes to yourself each day?
