Such good advice. I began a gratitude journal a few weeks ago. I contemplate three things I'm grateful for every morning and I try not to duplicate any. It's amazing how this practice causes you to "notice" things that are right there in front of you that negativity bias causes you to miss. I like the idea of it expanding.
