I'm giving myself the biggest challenge of my life today (and I will try to continue it all week). I'm going to say "Yes" to everyone (not myself)...Wish me luck (I have a toddler...)!
Now, if you’re writing the first chapter of your book while getting your work out in AND the steps, I’ll be impressed!
Very cool on the book. I look forward to seeing that progress.
I found it ironic that yesterday a friend told me he was impressed by my discipline to get my walking and weight lifting in each week. In addition to some running and biking. The irony is that he runs marathons! Gets in over 50 miles a week. I’ve never exceeded 2.5 miles running at once. I told him I was impressed with his discipline as I’ve never had the ability to focus on one thing and get that good at it. So I just use my freakishly short attention span to do a variety of things each week.
Tarek, I feel this is how I've been living due to necessity. It's sort of like, "grow bigger on the inside or die trying." What I've noticed is that for me at least, the impetus to be intentional about it expands in relation to how bad the pain is. But sometimes, we just need some encouragement to keep going. I want to use this season I'm in to end up better on the other side than I was before, and even your writing about your exercise program has inspired me. Thanks for the push!

Multi-tasking…who says it doesn’t work? ;-)
